Summary
This PR adds a new Claude Code plugin,
self-improving-operator, to the marketplace.It is a proactive project-ownership plugin that helps Claude Code inspect the current state of a project, choose one high-leverage bounded improvement, verify the outcome, and refresh handoff guidance instead of stopping after a single narrow edit.
